Kendrick brings six years of hands-on experience to the Wildstar team, covering everything from network infrastructure and server administration to internal systems development and business operations. Over his tenure, he has built and deployed the internal tools that keep Wildstar running. Kendrick's ability to bridge the technical and operational sides of the business makes him a cornerstone of Wildstar's continued growth across the Florida Panhandle.

Keith brings nearly 50 years of elite communications experience to the Wildstar team. A retired U.S. Air Force Technical Sergeant, he spent 20 years managing and maintaining mission-critical microwave and satellite communication systems. Following his distinguished military career, he spent 29 years as a civilian telecommunications field engineer. Keith has been an integral part of Wildstar for nearly five years, combining unparalleled technical diagnostic skills with decades of leadership experience.
Customer Care Expert / Client Relations
As WildStar Networks' Customer Care Expert and Client Relations specialist, River works closely with customers to ensure they receive the support and service they need. A lifelong resident of the Florida Panhandle and a proud Ponce de Leon native, River combines more than a decade of customer service and client relations experience with a commitment to serving the communities he calls home. He enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers stay connected.

Meghan is WildStar Networks' Billing Manager and Customer Care Expert. A Florida Panhandle native, Meghan brings seven years of customer care experience and a passion for helping customers find solutions. She works closely with customers on billing, account management, and service-related questions, ensuring they receive accurate information and exceptional support. Meghan enjoys building strong customer relationships and takes pride in helping provide a positive experience for the communities WildStar serves.
Network Operations Specialist II
Hi, I'm Boca. I've been working in the telecommunications industry for over seven years, gaining experience in everything from tower climbing and site construction to installations and technical customer support. I enjoy solving problems, working with technology, and helping customers stay connected.Outside of work, I coach collegiate football, which gives me the opportunity to mentor athletes and stay involved in a sport I love. In my free time, you'll usually find me playing guitar, out on a disc golf course, or spending time with friends and family. I value teamwork, continuous learning, and bringing a positive attitude to everything I do.
